Returns Policy
Faulty good may be returned within 7 days from receipt. In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). Consumers may also return goods which do not conform to the contract. Payment involved in the return of such goods will be paid for by Denvic Stretch Covers Ltd.,

Unwanted goods: The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days, starting from the day after the order was received, without giving a reason. Subject to the goods being unused, in original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Strictly for unused items we will accept goods if returned at the customers expense.

Alternatively if asked we will arrange the collection, all documents and a convenient time for collection. There is a cost for this, its £17.00 per parcel.
